The purpose of this event is to ENCOURAGE youth leaders from across the island of Oahu by providing a time of FELLLOWSHIP and WORSHIP and CONNECTION with each other.  

 

Each of the organizations sponsoring this event also has a heart for teens and a desire to see them come to know Christ and grow in their faith. But we know that youth leaders like YOU are one of the most important part of process of discipling teens in their faith.  When teens attend churches with a healthy and vibrant youth ministry, they are more likely to grow in their faith.

So we wanted to create an event to say "THANK YOU!" for the sacrifices YOU make on a regluar basis to lead teens to Christ and help them exercise their faith to make it stronger.  We want YOU to know that YOU are appreicated and that YOU are making a difference.

But we also want YOU to know that YOU are not alone.  Serving in youth ministry can sometimes be isolating, frustrating and challenging in ways other people just don't understand.  Which is why we also hope that when YOU leave our event, YOU will have many new connections with other youth leaders and volunteers from across the island.  ​

Finally, we hope YOU will leave our event filled with a renewed enthusiasm for what God has called YOU to do. We also hope that YOU will see the value in connecting with other leaders and with other organizations like ours throughout the school year.
